1dallop of full fat coconut creme from the cansolid that forms at the top of the can when milk and fat separate
½tspraw vanilla bean powder or extract
1tspof maple syrup or 5 drops stevia leaf liquid
Add all ingredients to blender, blend on high until smooth and enjoy!
Optional Smoothie Boost: Add 1 tbsp of ground flax seed or hemp hearts. Hemp hearts are super high in good fatty acids like Omega-3 and Omega-6, and will give the smoothie a bit of a nutty flavour. If you’re not a fan of nutty flavours, stick with the flax seed which also contains Omega-3 essential fatty acids and antioxidant properties.
